We have 2 Laundry rooms, 8 bath/shower rooms, a 3,500 square foot club house with a business center, private meeting room, coffee bar, and secure private mail boxes. Come down and meet your neighbors and join in the fun. If you are looking for other activities then you will find that we are located in a quiet area with a lot to do that is easy to get to. However, you’ll find it’s not hard to find the entertaiment your looking for in the area. Ben Wheeler has a lot to offer and is just down the road. Good food and live music on the weekends. If you like good home cooking, you will find it in Ben Wheeler, Van, Edom and many of the towns around the area. Tyler has a lot of shopping, community theater, concerts and much more.
